Who processes your data

The controller of the personal data collected through the customcrm.ro website is Happy Advertising S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity with its registered office at Str. Valea Ialomitei nr. 4, Sector 6, Bucharest, Romania, tax identification number (CUI) RO25420484, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2009004732405, referred to below as CustomCRM.

What data we collect

Through the demo, consultation and contact forms, we collect: your name, company, email address, phone number, industry, estimated number of users, preferred date and your message. We also collect the page you sent the form from and the source of your visit (for example UTM parameters), so we know which channels work.

Why we use your data

We use your data to contact you about your request, to schedule the demo or consultation and to send you the proposal you asked for. The legal basis is your consent and the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR).

How long we keep your data

We keep form data for the duration of our business discussions and for three (3) more years after the last interaction, except where the law requires a longer period.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your data. The providers that help us operate (web hosting, email) may access it, only to the extent necessary and under a contract.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to us at hello@customcrm.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
